Last vegetarian book you will ever need

First off this book is big! About the size of a metropolitan phone book! That being said there is probably not a single recipe that I won't try. It does call for bean curd on several recipes and I assume they mean tofu. I don't eat tofu so for those recipes I might substitute with beans, nuts or some kind of vegetable. Love this book. Had to get one for my kids.

Best cookbook ever?

This is an incredible cookbook, I can't believe that it is out of print. It is full of great recipes -- everything we've tried in it is either really good or flat-out great. The soups, in particular, are some of the best that I've ever had; he cookbook would be worth it even if it only included the soup recipes! It has a good range of recipes and most are quite easy to make.

Various levels of difficulty in regards to cooking skills with many tasty dishes! I really like the varierty of recipes and enjoy broadening my pallate.
